Sarah Leineke is President and COO of Nationwide Consulting Firm, a USOBA Policy Partner Company. Sarah sits on The USOBA Board of Directors as The Membership Committee Co-Chairperson. Sarah has been a Certified Debt Arbitrator through The International Association of Professional Debt Arbitrators since 2006. In addition, Sarah is the Director of Compliance Training with Stepping Stone Financial Solutions headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. She brings 7 years of experience to her roles and is an expert in her field. In 2008, Sarah was nominated for The Athena Award through the Phoenix Chamber of Commerce for her excellence in business and leadership. Sarah's clients, employees, and vendors nominated Nationwide Consulting Firm for the 2008 extremely prestigious Better Business Bureau Ethics Award. Sarah is known for passion, excellence and knowledge throughout the Consulting Firm industry. Julie Leineke, CEO and Vice President of Nationwide Consulting Firm, brings a completely different flavor to the Consulting Firm industry and to this company. Julie was sole recipient of Presidents’ Club for 3 years running for her stellar performance with her former employer in software sales. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Communications, with a minor in Psychology, which helps her to effectively communicate with both client and creditor. With her New York attitude, but her laid-back California style, she has an innate ability to relate to all different personalities and is therefore able to really connect on a personal level with people experiencing financial hardship. In addition to her role at Nationwide Consulting Firm, she has also founded Stepping Stone Financial Solutions, which aims to educate and guide consumers who are seeking financial assistance. Julie sits as co-chair on the USOBA Board of Directors for the Membership Committee and is tasked with retaining and obtaining members for that organization.

Nationwide Consulting Firm strives for superior customer service. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with our services or we are unable to reach a settlement agreement with one of your creditors your service fee will be reviewed by an account manager for a refund.

Individual settlement percentages vary and the overall settlement percentage is an average of the individual settlements actually made. For example, some previous examples may have settled accounts at 29% while others may have settled at 79%. Not all clients enrolled complete settlements for varying reasons including but not limited to cancelling out of the program or failing to save money. Settlement percentages are calculated as the total settlement dollars paid divided by the total amount of outstanding debt at the time of settlement.
