Description

Nationwide Debt Settlement Counselors handle interaction with consumers attempting to resolve delinquency and directly impact the risk of loss to the bank. These Counselors act as educators by offering solutions based on consumers individual needs. They're responsible for maintaining good customer relations while educating consumers on the fastest route possible to eliminate their unsecured debt. They work in a fast-paced environment and handle outbound and inbound calls, and our training model is structured around Federal Trade Commission compliance. Our owners train staff not someone who knows nothing about the industry. We will NOT mislead consumers.

These 3 positions are located in Phoenix, Arizona and selected candidates will be contacted for interviews.

Qualifications

Debt Settlement/Debt Negotiation experience is a HUGE BONUS.
• Good attendance history
• Goal oriented
• Minimum one year debt settlement experience in a position requiring frequent interaction with customers.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Adaptability to a fast pace environment
• Ability to learn rules, regulations and laws pertaining to consumer credit and debt settlement
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills
• Analytical ability
• Good decision making skills
Nationwide Debt Settlement offers an exceptional benefits program after a 90 day probationary period.

This position starts as commission only and a ramp up program will be in place after the 90 day probationary period.
 

 

 

Nationwide Debt Settlement strives for superior customer service. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with our services or we are unable to reach a settlement agreement with one of your creditors your service fee will be reviewed by an account manager for a refund.
** Individual settlement percentages vary and the overall settlement percentage is an average of the individual settlements actually made. For example, some previous examples may have settled accounts at 29% while others may have settled at 79%. Not all clients enrolled complete settlements for varying reasons including but not limited to cancelling out of the program or failing to save money. Settlement percentages are calculated as the total settlement dollars paid divided by the total amount of outstanding debt at the time of settlement.**
